Me and my family have coming to Dr. Anthony N Hoang for our dental needs for Almost 20 years now. The staff is professional and friendly.They make you feel like family. Top notch service highly recommended.

Great work from both the doctors who did work on me including Dr. Hoang. Miguel and Luis did a good job at starting and finishing each visit. Great customer service from everyone including reception. Thank you and I will be back!

I had the best experience today with Dr. Hoang and his entire staff! I haven't been to the dentist in almost a decade. Sadly I have also neglected my teeth for years. I called this morning as a new patient and they were able to see me immediately. I had severe anxiety and embarrassment about seeing a dentist due to my years of self neglect. This staff made me feel seen, supported, and understood. They reassured me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. This experience was very emotional for me and because of this wonderful staff I left happy and reassured that I can start a healthy relationship with my oral health. A "thank you" just doesn't cover my gratitude for this practice! But THANK YOU SO MUCH! I highly recommend this dentist office.

Everyone in this office is nice and professional. Like any office, they have rules just like any other offices, because some patients take advantage. I really like coming here! Dr. Anthony is great! He truly cares.

I may change this review in the future but for now it’s an accurate rating. As soon as I walked in I immediately felt rushed. Leigh, the woman who called me to the back was sharp, rude, and condescending the whole time. I almost turned around and walked out but the fact they got me for $50 up front than rushing me to get in kept me from walking away. The prices where also rattled off quick and they imply they’ll take care of things but at a charge of course.

This dental office is absolutely terrible! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here! Both my husband and I have been patients here for several years and have had nothing but issues with this place. Very unprofessional and very lacking of compassion for their patients. Very disappointed. If anyone needs a new dentist my dentaville in Lexington is wonderful they accept Medicaid and are very professional and compassionate. This place is a joke only open 3 days a week and have the worst service ever. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere!

The staff is very kind and thoughtful—they pick up on body language easily and respond accordingly. Every person I interacted with went out of their way to ask if I was okay and comfortable. I came in as a new patient, and everything was easy and straightforward. I’m naturally a nervous person, so I expected to feel as anxious as I usually do at the dentist. However, I was significantly less anxious because of the steps they took to help me relax. As someone with a fear of needles, I appreciated that they noticed this during my first visit, remembered it on my next one, and took steps to distract me and keep me calm. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this office to anyone working through anxiety.

Gave me the wrong date and then closed out my account because I missed it. They didn’t tell me I’ve had the account closed and I’ve been trying to get an appt with them for a month. The lady was very condescending when she realized my account was closed and laughed at me when I didn’t understand her.
