Fantastic breakfast with delicious local products. Room 5 was spotless with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the garden and the river in the distance. Florent is a consummate host, with helpful recommendations from parking to restaurants. Couldn't have asked for more, particularly given the price paid. Wholeheartedly recommended - would not hesitate to return. Chinon itself is a lovely, quiet little town - a perfect base from which to explore most of Touraine.

Florent was so helpful beforehand that we had a good feeling about it before we even arrived, but it way exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful - big airy and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb - very thoughtfully prepared.|Florent was very good at giving us all the useful information we needed. Parking is just down the road and is free so all very easy.| Les Destinees is quiet but within easy reach of the town.|We loved our stay and will make a point of going back as soon as we are able.|Highly recommended.

This delightful B&B was a real find. We stayed at several different places on our trip to the Loire, and this was not only the most inexpensive but easily the best. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. Florent was so helpful even before we arrived, and went to a lot of trouble to help us with parking, tips for how to find our way round etc. Our room was really beautiful - impeccably clean, light, very spacious and comfortable - we only wished we could have stayed longer - we'll certainly hope to go back. It was certainly exceptional value.||Breakfast was similarly outstanding - a hugely enjoyable experience. Florent takes the time to make service really personal, and everything was so tasty and fresh, as well as locally sourced.||Location is good and within easy walking distance of the town centre. There is a free car park just down the road.

A lovely place to stay in Chinon. Very nicely renovated building and rooms with delicious breakfast of locally sourced produce. If the sun is shining the garden is a good place to relax after exploring the local area or walking round the old city of Chinon and seeing its fortress. In the evening it’s a pleasant stroll into town for a drink and restaurants.

Very attractive B&B at edge of town. Florent, owner/manager, couldn't have been nicer: printed train tix when needed, great suggestions for local sites. Bedroom very large with high ceilings. Breakfast was great. Chinon was my favorite village in Loire, and my stay here made it even more special.

Amazing experience: this B&B is quiet, beautiful and ideally located. Breakfast is delicious, bed was comfortable, room was perfect with everything you need. Owner is super nice, cannot wish for anything better!|I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place full of charm and authenticity.

From its well placed location beneath er the castle to the charming rooms, to the helpful proprietor, to the wonderful local breakfast, this place hit all of the marks of a fantastic stay. If I come back to Chinon, I will be excited to return to this accommodation. Truly top notch.

Lovely B&B nestled under the walls of the Chinon fortress. Gorgeous rooms and views, friendly and helpful staff, convenient bicycle parking, pretty garden and locally-sourced breakfast. Loved it!
