Truly the most wonderful place ! Perfect location and great service. Especially excellent was Capucine from the concierge team. She goes out of her way to make the difference ! She leaves an excellent impression and made our stay truly 5 stars. Her professionalism and effort will lead her very far. Another big thanks to Rabah for top security - we didn’t have to fear anything. To Lou-Ann for being so welcoming and to Lilian for taking care of our sports needs. You guys make this place truly special !
An amazing place! Definitely recommended. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Here you can find everything for a beautiful holiday near the sea. One moment which I would improve is the hour of check in. We were allowed to our room only at 16.00.
After reading mixed reviews before trip I was little worried what to expect but our experience was absolutely amazing! We did stay at Kasai Plage and our home was spacious, modern furnished and had everything and more to make our stay |Very enjoyable. It was also very clean, our beds very made on early arrival and were very comfy. Also we had a nice beach loungers to use at the beach. Location of village is lovely, we had a couple steps to beach. There is also a supermarket well equipped with fresh bakery staff which we did enjoy every morning. Prices are reasonable and slightly high but typical for the area. We did enjoy and definitely we would recommend the place and could come back!
The location is truly wonderful—right on a beautiful beach where we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The bungalows are surrounded by plants and trees, giving each space a sense of privacy, even without a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s air conditioning in the living room and one of the two bedrooms. On-site, you’ll also find a small market with fresh bread and croissants, a boutique, spa, pools (including a kids’ area), ping pong tables, and parking. However, the rooms were very small and tight—we even had to rent an extra room elsewhere to fit two couples. There’s no room service, and we had to put sheets on the beds ourselves. Towels aren’t replaced, so we had to wash them by hand, and there were no basic amenities like soap or a hair dryer. Considering the high price, the lack of services was disappointing. Overall, the setting is beautiful, but before booking, make sure to ask for all details to avoid surprises.
Everything was excellent. Very family friendly. We will return. I wish we had places just like this in the US - clean, affordable and civilized.
Toison d’Or Review (Premium Kasai 301 – July Stay) After reading mixed reviews, I was hesitant to book—but after a week-long stay, I’m happy to recommend it. Pros: • Unbeatable location right on one of France’s best beaches, popular with locals and celebs. Beach beds cost €35–€90/day. Parking if you’re not staying nearby is €60–€70/day. • Convenient on-site amenities: Small supermarket, bakery (fresh from 7:30am), and a restaurant (dinner starts at 7:30pm). The unit has a stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and outdoor seating. • Strong AC, rare in Europe, made a big difference during a heatwave. • Kid-friendly facilities: Free pool, kids club, table tennis, beach soccer, arcade, obstacle course, bike/scooter rentals—many of which are usually extra elsewhere. • Great gym with equipment and daily classes (Pilates, HIIT, run club). Downsides: limited hours (10–1, 4–7) unless you’re in a class. Please open earlier for free gym! Things to note: • Limited towels, no pool/beach towels. Bring your own or pay to rent/wash (€9 per load). This is something the staff should work on and provide more of. • Only a few essentials provided (e.g., sponge, bin bag, 2 dishwasher tabs). You’ll need to bring/buy extras—salt, oil, Toilet Paper, etc. • Beach clubs nearby play music daily (2–7/8pm). You can hear it, but it’s manageable. Didn’t affect sleep, and the DJs are good. • Accommodation: These are upscale caravans. Ours was newer and clean, but older units may vary. The concierge was quick to fix any issues. All in all, a great stay—we’ll be back and recommend it to others
I actually love this place! I was worried from the bad reviews but I am sitting on our private deck in the sun writing this review. The tropical plants are beautiful all through the resort. They surround our patio and give a great feeling. We have our own little cabin with two bedrooms and two full ensuite bathrooms. Everything in the cabin is in perfect condition. Small but super efficiently design with everything you need. The beach is just OK but I guess that's the area. The water is clear but not Carribean blue. The sand has a bunch of stuff in it. Maybe they keep it more maintained more into the busy season. The pool area was beautiful. We laid there for a couple hours. I can see there might not be enough chairs of busy, but for us it was perfect. Price was reasonable in April, plus the on site grocery store had prices similar to Toulouse so we were able to buy lots of food there. It's well stocked. Great vacation spot!
While booking this place, bear in mind that it’s not a traditional hotel. It’s rather a 5* camping with your own bungalow. However, it is the best way you can enjoy the beach over there. And the resort is well equipped, has a small supermarket, pool etc as well very friendly staff. And it’s super close to Saint-Tropez so it’s convenient to drive there for a dinner.
