We planned a stopover on the way back to Bastia for some fresh oysters and fish. And the restaurant did not disappoint. The location is a bit hard to reach (small road) but worth it. Great settings on the water, with amazing starters and fresh oysters. For mains we had Dorada which was great. And topping it off with cafe gourmant , amazing. The service was great, fast and attentive.
Disappointed. The fish soup was cold, strong and “muddy” in taste. I’ve eaten a lot of these in my time and this was not up to standard. My main - fish of the day - was equally as disappointing. The fish was not fresh, the skin not crispy and I could not finish. The setting is stunning, with wonderful views of the lake. It’s just a shame to food does not measure up. We won’t be back.
Excellent place, people is very welcoming! The place is located in a lake with a beautiful view, very peaceful. The food is delicious! I had beef with Roquefort sauce and it was magnificent! But the specialty is the sea food. We celebrated my boyfriends birthday and they gave us a little detail, i definitely recommend this place 👌🏽
Just the most amazing restaurant as if the location wasn’t enough; the food was simply delicious. I have travelled to many countries and visited many restaurants but this has to be in my top ten! The service was impeccable, Sophia really looked after us well. Merci Beaucoup
We enjoyed a delicious lunch at this restaurant on the water. Wait staff was attentive and meal was paced well. Beautiful view while we dined. We had an octopus salad, mussels with fries, and a panna cotta trio for dessert. There is even a shop on site with local handmade items ranging from stools and tables, to jewelry, to wind chimes. A lovely experience!
Very polite and friendly staff, amazing ambiance in the middle of the wild nature, very good and simple food and very correct prices. Will definitely come back soon. Highly recommended!
