We had such a lovely stay at Les Pâtures. The setting is calm, green, and really well looked after, with clean facilities and plenty of space to feel relaxed. What made it extra special was Christophe, he’s such a warm and genuine host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went out of his way to help with tips and small touches that made our stay even better. You can really feel how much he cares about the place and the people who visit. Highly recommend!

An excellent site. Small but there are pleasant spacious pitches that accommodate a 7,m + campervan. Excellent sanitary facilities that are spotless as is the whole of the site and a great location for a pleasant half hour easy cycle to central Orleans..it couldn't have been better

This was a lovely campsite and the woman who ran it was so friendly and full of helpful tips and information. The showers and toilets were very clean and the pitch, though next to someone and opposite someone else, felt private. In the morning there was a place to get exceptional coffee, bread and pastries. The evening that we were there, we went to see some live music in a nearby field with a bar and a crêpe van The band stopped around 10/10.30pm so there was no noise after that. Other campers were thoughtful of each other and friendly and it was very peaceful. We had a wonderful time here!

This was my second stay at the campsite. Things have got even better. The site is kept in excellent condition, most of the pitches have hedges on 3 sides and many have plenty of shade. The showering, toilet, washing up and washing facilities are always kept very clean and there are never queues even at peak times. The village is within easy walking distance, there is a visiting boulangerer at about 8.30. Even though the village is small and quiet, there are places to eat and shop, with a great little market once a week. Within about 10 minutes drive are all the big supermarkets and shops to provide anything you may need. The campsite is within easy cycling distance of Orleans, which is also easily accessible by great public transport, fast, clean and affordable. Orleans is not an enjoyable city to drive in. The latest innovation at the campsite is that there are now 3 bicycles to borrow, a lady's, gentleman's and a child's. Leave the campsite and there are beautiful riverside and canalside walks on the doorstep. The folk who run the campsite are fabulous people, nothing is too much effort for them to help you. A campsite I will be visiting again.

Perfect for walking along the Loire and the Orlean canal. Just over a two hour walk into the city. We had planned to visit Orlean a few times during our stay but local transport does not accept dogs. Nice, friendly, well kept site at extremely good prices. Bread available on the site (July and August).

Great location next to the Loire River. The staff are brilliant. Noen, who seems to do everything, keeps the toilet block spotlessly clean and is exceptionally helpful. She organised a taxi to take us into Orleans and when we couldn't reach him to bring the 4 of us and 2 dogs back she arranged another taxi for our return...all during the VE Day commemeration bank holiday. She even called me to make sure the taxi had picked us up...definitely went above and beyond. Most definitely 5 star plus. Will 100% be back again.

Nice location. Tree shaded pitches with power and water. Clean facilities. Hot showers. Easy access for cycling or walking.

Noen, the site manager is fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Organised taxi to and fro Orlean during a bank holiday. Facilities are spotlessly well maintained and a great location.
