Review from the Netherlands After a disappointing experience with WMF Netherlands, I started looking for an alternative solution and came across AZ Solutions. My machine was experiencing several issues, including incorrect calibration and improper settings. The gentleman at AZ Solutions kindly offered to provide remote technical support by guiding my technician over the phone. He spoke both Dutch and English exceptionally well, which was especially impressive for a company based in France. Thanks to his clear and professional guidance, the machine is now performing better than ever. The quality of the coffee has improved noticeably as well. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The costs were also very reasonable: there were no call-out charges or labor fees, only a fee for the telephone support. I highly recommend AZ Solutions.

Intervention rapide et efficace sur notre machine à café. Le technicien a diagnostiqué la panne rapidement, remplacé la pièce défectueuse et remis la machine en service dans la foulée. Travail soigné, explications claires et très bon professionnalisme. Je recommande sans hésitation pour la maintenance et le dépannage de machines à café professionnelles.
