CHIBANE ILIAS

Remember my travelling through Asia in the past has never been so close. I came here for dinner twice in two days, where I felt very welcome in a cozy small room resembling the izakayas… the food was also very good, with quite a range for vegetarian options.

Great little restaurant hidden away in one of the side streets. The food was fantastic, a bit small. Reservation is a good idea. We were lucky yo have arrived early abd was accepted without reservations. There were others who were turned away.

I was ripped off; they charged me more than I should have paid. The set menu was worth about twenty euros, and they charged me almost forty, but since I'm Spanish and speak little French, I didn't notice.

We had been looking forward to this restaurant for sometime. We really wanted to like it more. Nice friendly server. Cozy atmosphere upstairs. Good effort by the chef, but we left underwhelmed by the food. Nothing was bad but nothing was that great. The menu is awkward to understand. The Ramen pork presented nicely but the broth was boring. Chicken Kara age not really flavorful. Nothing really memorable about the food. We tried some Sake that was quite weak. Nevertheless we will come back and try again other dishes another time.

Great ramen experience in Perpignan, simple chicken broth, very light, enjoyed. Nice wallpapers in the toilet😉

The staff were friendly and the food tastes delicious, however, there were no prices alongside dishes at the menu, so we were surprised by the price when paying at the end. Paid 20 euros for a mid ramen that should’ve been 8.

After navigating the slightly strange menu had an absolutely excellent meal Saturday lunchtime. Starter was great cockles in a lovely sauce , and really nice dumplings. The main course was pork served over udon noodles with a delicious soup, and prawns with a similar soup - both delicious. However suggest you BYOB as the booze selection esoteric hence 4 stars. Recommended.
