Useless. Sell you the world but WON'T help you when there is a problem. Been trying to get someone to come out for 5 months now as we have a problem - telephone line is dead and no internet. Still paying 60 euro's per month and out contract has been verified as live. No phone number to speak to anyone.
Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, helpful and with good communication skills. Both young men were very professional when we visited. Geoffray finalised everything for us and set up the account. Would highly recommend this shop in the Giant shopping centre in Carcassonne.
*****PMR Clients easy simple Access from parking to shop. Access is correct and their display area is well lite and phones, and accessories etc were clearly labelled. The waiting time to get a salesman to help is much less in this shop compared to other phone shops in the same complex, where the queue is horrendous. 20+ waiting outside and full inside !!!
