My husband and I were wandering around the market and chose this place for a coffee, juice, and flan. My husband had to leave. I ran a few errands and couldn’t find another place for lunch. I decided that La Menuiserie was the coziest lunch spot in the area, so I decided to eat there for the second time in the same day. Great choice. The staff are so friendly and the food was fresh, tasty, and beautiful. They made everything vegan mostly to please me. I spent hours, reading while eating and sipping my tea with flan. Highly recommend it!

Extraordinare! Extremely delicious! We've been here without reservation and where welcomed right away. Very good and sympathetic service with a lot of information about the meals. All is made fresh, organic and in house. We ate only vegetarian dishes and were totally satisfied. The desserts are tp die for. Thanks a lot for a very nice evening!

We walked into this place by chance and ended up really enjoying it. The menu is small — just a few dishes — and I assume it changes depending on which local ingredients are available that day. We tried the creamy cheese with herbs, olive oil, patatas bravas, pork, and potato purée with garlic and baby asparagus, all delicious and carefully prepared. Prices match the quality, but portions are on the smaller side, so if you're hungry, plan on at least three dishes per person. The place has only a few tables, so it’s definitely advisable to make a reservation.

We've been to La Menuiserie twice during our 5 days stay in Dijon, after a recommendation from our AirBnB host. Must say it's such a lovely place, with friendly service and amazing food. Our favorite is the empanadas 😍

This is a lovely gem in Dijon. The food is sourced locally and whatever is cooked is in season. The place is very charming, so were the people serving us. The dishes are served tapas style, so great for sharing. I enjoyed absolutely everything I had. Gougères au comté; cheese plate was; tartinade were great. My favourites however were Oeuf parfait and Cake au bleu with mushrooms and wild asparagus. Excellent! We had Flan for dessert which was great too. I’d just the food for French cuisine was a little bit on a salty side which was surprising :-)

Small dishes (like tapas) made with local, organic ingredients. Lots of vegetables with creative presentation. All the dishes were delicious! Super friendly waitress who took the time to translate the menu, and her carrot cake recipe features on the dessert menu was perfectly spiced and not too sweet. A few options for wines by the glass as well. Would definitely recommend!

A gem of a find. We visited in June on our holiday across France & Italy to Greece & enjoyed the locally focused food & wines so much we booked for our return in July. The small plates are perfect for sharing and delicious. Staff are friendly , welcoming and happy to help you choose your selection
