Huge store with everything you would need. Cannot believe the number of staff available in the store. They almost outnumber the customers. I don’t mind driving a little further, passing some second class home improvement stores to shop here. This store is better than any Home Depot or Lowes (USA big box DIY).

I had a very pleasant shopping experience here today. Due to the need to pick up a large package, I have decided to purchase a cart from the nearby Leory first. After checkout, I went to the self-assembly area for assembly, but there was a shortage of the tools I needed. I don't speak French, so someone helped me find Adem who can speak English to help me. He took me to the tool area of the mall and found a professional installer Stephane there. He is really an installation master who quickly helped me complete the assembly of the cart. I am very grateful for their generous help.

Winner of the worst customer experience this year! I spend more than 15k per year with this company and they treat us with disrespect. Orders arrived damaged, it was a hassle to send them back and since a month I'm chasing them for a refund. The email they gave doesn't reply, calling waiting for 8 minutes for sav to tell me they will call back, let's not mention in store experience....'come back on Monday, maybe my superior will be here' or 'we don't know how to help' or 'I will just ignore you and be mean so you leave' attitude. This is not customer experience that any regular client with a premium account deserves. Or any client for that matter. Fix it please. We are tired of you wasting our time and money.

A place with all the home improvement stuff you’ll need. I really liked the lights section which had an impressive array of options. The staff are reasonably friendly and help you with your requests. We also really enjoyed the food at the cafe (Gout ci Goût ça) - the pizza 🍕 and sandwich 🥪 were top🔝. Our only disappointment was the security guard (blue shirt) who yelled at us in front of everyone and checked our grocery trolley. His behavior was aggressive and we were quite concerned about our safety. I would recommend management to reconsider the hiring process of their security guards.
