LEFEBVRE CHRISTOPHER

This has been an over year long experience with this company. We had a leaking roof on commercial property, and received a quote from Lefebvre couverture. The initial quote was reasonably competitive, and due to the good reviews, we decided to move forward with them. Red flag #1: They revised their initial quote and doubled it, claiming that the initial quote was from someone who does not work for them anymore Red flag #2: As soon as they started the work, they tore open the roof and claimed that there were unforeseen costs of the repair and that they would need an additional $20,000 to finish the repair. At this point the roof was dismantled and the business underneath was dependent on not having rain pour into the building. The best thing to have done would have been to cut ties with this company and to move onto the next. But of course, we didn't... We trusted the word of Eden, and paid him for the surprise repairs that were urgently needed. At this point we were double in the initial quote to repair the roof, and that to complete the repair it would take double the amount we were already in, that's four times the initial quote. At the same time Eden said the most urgent repairs were done. Over the next 11 months the initial leak was worse than ever, and instead of a steady leak, there was a constant stream into the building interior during rainfall. This increased damage that was being done by the leak, compared to how the building was before Lefebvre couverture touched the building. I reached out to Eden mid September 2025 for details on what work he did and proof. Over the course of 2.5 weeks he only responses have been text messages of apologies and excuses about emergencies and he can't even be bothered to send me proof of the work he's done. On top of that I have consulted with other roofing companies who have looked at the roof, and said that the roof repair could've been fully repaired for not only less than what we have already paid to Gold

Unreliable professional. An appointment was made for a repair estimate. No one showed up. When I called, they told me they were late and offered to reschedule the appointment for later in the day. At the new scheduled time, I received a call informing me that no one would be coming...Contact the number on the profile.👍

Avoid this company! Terrible experience — they completely wasted my weekend. I scheduled an appointment for a roofing estimate, waited the entire day, and no one ever showed up. No call, no message, no explanation. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would never recommend doing business with a company that treats potential customers this way.

Terrible company. Wasted my entire weekend waiting for them to arrive to get an estimate for a roof job. No one ever came. Never received any phonecall about cancellation. Waited all day for them. I would not recommend doing business with such unprofessional people.
