Chez Maximes is our favorite restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand! My wife and I find ourselves looking forward to the experience every time the weekend arrives. The food is of the highest quality and Marine’s service is always kind, focused and energetic. In one word, magnificent!

I was so happy that I stumbled upon this restaurant. I was a tourist walking around, looking for the perfect ambiance and a menu that was calling me. It exceeded my expectations, to say the very least. Not your usual flavors, a true surprise and delight to the palate. It was plated beautifully also. Attentive and kind waiters. Even my macchiato at the end was superb. It's really a shame that I don't live closer, I'd be a regular for sure.

We loved this place! The brunch was so delicious, and the food tasted incredibly fresh. On top of that, the staff was so friendly and the service was amazing. Highly recommend!
