An excellent little boutique hotel! We stayed in the budget room but even that was very comfortable and of a good size. The building is quaint but well kept up and spotless and there is plenty of parking available. I certainly recommend this as a place to rest while you explore southern Brittany.
We had a very pleasant stay at this boutique hotel. Located in a charming village, away from the crowded beaches, in a quiet street where hardly a car drives through, it was very calm and quiet and we had a relaxing time. Practical: there’s a parking for customers, with a charging station (of the more expensive kind) half a minute walk from the hotel.|What stood out for us was, among other things, the breakfast. In a nicely decorated room, with charming plates and cups, the food on offer was not your usual croissants and pain au chocolat, but various types of absolutely delicious bread, cheeses, jams,… And don’t forget the incredible salty butter.||And what topped it all was the friendliness of the owners. The way they walk around, busying themselves, but in this very relaxed manner adds to the overall laid back vibe of this place. And they have plenty of advice for what to do and where to eat.||Great hotel for a multi-day stay.
We booked a superior room, which was on the first floor and was very spacious and comfortable, with windows on two sides. The room, shower room and separate toilet were very clean, and we slept well, as the hotel is very quiet. Breakfast was focused on local Breton specialities, so no croissants or pain au raisin etc. There is a large free car park for guests near the hotel. The owners were friendly and welcoming. There are several creperies and an Italian restaurant just a short walk away.
Very cute hotel with a private parking area. The rooms are cute although a little on the small side and could use some more indirect lights as it is pitch-black at night and the bathroom and toilet were seperate. Fantastic hosts though, very kind and helpful. We enjoyed out stay immensely and the location is perfect to check out the Coast and surrounding towns like Vannes. Fully recommend!
We only stayed here for one night, it was easy to find. the private parking was very close by. We had a room on the ground floor, nice not having to carry luggage upstairs, our room was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was great, and beautifully presented. The hotel also sold ceramics and other products too. Interesting place to stay.
Fabulous location, quiet town with good local cafes, creperies, boulangeries and a nearby Italian restaurant amongst others. |Suited us very well. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Pillows very soft, bed comfortable, room spacious and as others mentioned, beautiful crockery/ceramics. All very clean. They even supplied dressing gowns and slippers. |TV in bedroom even has Chrome Cast which is fabulous as my French is pretty awful and watching French TV although good for my education, is not nearly so good as watching English speaking stuff. |Nice touch that there’s a neighbouring cockerel to gently wake you too! |Would very happily go back.
Beautiful little hotel in a lovely town. Very comfortable room and bed, great shower and very nice breakfast. Very helpful owners.
La maison des dunes is a gorgeous place to stay in for a few days. The ambiance is amazing, all the rooms are beautifully decorated and spotless. The service is outstanding and don’t miss the breakfast which is full of very tasty local food. Motorbikes are even invited to park just in front of the reception!
