Micromatix replaced the intercom in my building in 2022. Instead of using the existing apartment numbers, they arbitrarily assigned new numbers to each apartment. When confronted about their mistake, they acknowledged the problem but refused to fix it. My bell is now regularly rung by strangers, often in the middle of the night and presumably because of the problem caused by Micromatix. Completely unbelievable that a company could make such a basic error and refuse any accountability.
