A visit to the the store today resulted in the purchase of a new television. I have to give a big shout out to Stephen, the guy who assisted us, very knowledgeable , very patient, his English was far, far better than our French. He was super, thank you Stephen!
Callum the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable Very polite and good attitude
Zoe was knowledgeable about the products and helped us (In English) to choose what would work for us! We went “old school” and bought a dvd player. We are very happy with our result! Thank you Zoe & Ballanger!
I had to use the warranty for a wash-machine. The service provided was great, 5 starts! Once I contacted the service by whatsapp , they were really fast to call me back with a proposed date for a visit. In the first visit the Technic solved the issue. Thanks!
My expensive cafeterier broke. I use it a lot and was heartbroken. I took it back to Boulanger and the shop staff repaired it. Within half an hour they had the pump replaced, made themselves a couple of cups of espresso to test it, and gave it back to me with a big smile. That made my day. Thank you.
Really impressed! Incredible selection to choose from 😛 Warm welcome from friendly staff, particularly a young tall dark haired girl who’s name I forgot to ask 🫤 she was really polite & patient with 2 dithering English women! Everywhere was Immaculate. Large clean bathroom facilities along with seating indoors & outside but under cover. My pizza was absolutely delicious! - some good food deals too 👌🏻
Bought a Delonghi coffee machine online, but had to return in store 4 times as it had an intermittant fault, causing it to malfunction. Each time it was returned, the sales team had to return it to Delonghi as per Delonghi aftersales policy. Manon & Melody were professional and helpful, but were unable to exchange or refund as per Delonghi rules. On the 4th return, we saw Antonin, who he saw our frustration and disappointment and spoke to senior managers within Boulanger and a refund was authorised. Top marks to Antonin and Boulanger Zero points to Delonghi
Good experience from buying in store to delivery...even though it arrived a day later than promised...not bad for France! 😍🤦🏼♀️ Ninja Foodi max is looking impressive. The operator needs practice though...
