This is the worst hotel ever. I checked in the morning, and 11 o'clock in the night I was ready to go sleep, suddenly the door opens, and a guy comes in. The receptionist gave him a key from my room. At first they said they dont have mine reservation for which I paid, and than double checked and said it's ok. Not to mention the damaged walls, small bathroom the floor is sticky has a juice all over it. I am still here I will write an update after I leave.

Sometimes the city buses that came to Paris did not come, I was dropped off in the middle of the journey, and when I paid to get on the metro, the gates did not open and I was scared.I was in a lot of pain and tired, so the rest made me feel better. Thank youmany good bakeries in the city.

Awful!!! We checked in with a guy that barely spoke any English, placed looked rundown, bins overflowing. Got in to our rooms and found dirty stained bed sheets, broken windows, lights hanging off the walls and doors that had clearly been kicked in or broken in to. Did not feel safe so left, now the hotel is not responding to Expedia who won't refund us for selling us a hotel that looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! also looks like there is a entire village living in the back of the hotel?

Terrible hotel. We arrived @23.30 and got our key @1.30 They can't even give a bill with VAT number of the customer, even if we asked. The room smells like a sigaret. We only got cold water in the shower (in a tiny bathroom). Your feet are dirty after getting out of the shower because its really dirty. For breakfast they couldn't provide a plate, nor a knife. And you don't even get fresh 'baguettes', neither as meat nor cheese. You can only get jam or chocolate. And only 16 chairs for breakfast, for about 30 double rooms... So avoid this hotel!!!!!

Upon arrival everything looks budget as expected. However the pictures of the room are much more appealing than the real thing. But hey, ho ... it's a bed... a very itchy, squeaky uncomfortable bed. ||||We were meant to be staying for 3 nights. However, after experiencing people shouting, slamming doors and playing music way into the early hours, we couldn't take it any more. My partner managed to sleep but if say if be lucky if I have 2 hours sleep. It was just so noisy. Seemed more like a brothel. People coming and going, loud sex, doors constantly opening and closing. It was hell. ||||At 9am, we went downstairs to check out. We couldn't stay another moment. The rep was okay but couldn't speak English. So, through using Google translate I described our night. The person on the desk and the manager were talking about us and laughing. They were obviously talking disprectfully about us and mocking us, i could tell as other French people in the reception were laughing or shifting uncomfortably. We were obviously not going to get a refund for the next two nights we never stayed. ||||We left without hesitation. The money did not really bother us but the disrespect did. The manager was really rude shrugging his shoulders and laughing at us. ||||So of you want a brothel like building, no sleep and mocked, stay the premier class chelles... if not, avoid like the plague.

Do not stay here! Is unsafe to stay here! This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The beds were filthy, ligths broken and hanging off the wall, the door to the room looked like it had been kicked in at one point and not repaired, broken window into the room. My party and i felt so unsafe staying here that we booked another hotel down the road. Save yourself money and time!

affordable price but the room stinks of cigarette, towels were not so clean, shower drain was blocked, dirty bathroom, no cups or glass in the rooms. ||Sanitation is of a low standard in the hotel or motel whatever it is classed as.||||they could do more cleaning and try to take care of the cigarette smell in the room.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stopped in, the pictures the hotel advertise are nothing like what you experience. The smell of cigarettes is so strong, the shutters on the windows make you feel like your in a prison cell, the bathroom are old are dirty with cracked sinks and the smell of sewage in there is vile. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worse enemy! AVOID AVOID AVOID! We spoke to the receptionist about our problems and the reply we got was “sorry my English not good” even though he confidently check us in 20 minutes beforehand!
