Very pleased with the store service, the sales consultant is very pleasant, highly professional, was with us from beginning to end. The interior design of the store is simply gorgeous, the store is huge, it is pleasant to spend time inside. The quality of things deserves a separate high rating, absolutely worth the money. The delivery was on time, all the workers were very pleasant, everything was fast, I got a good experience. I can honestly recommend the store for the interior of an apartment / house, if you are looking for real luxury.

Great furniture. very nice and supportive staff at store. They helped us out to decide the color combinations, type of wood etc and even kept the store opened late in the evening for us to finalize. The delivery is right on time. Very professional delivery guys, after assembling the guys not only took away all the packing etc (which is normal) but also vacuum cleaned the floor. Highly recommend!

Geoffroy Pais is extraordinary! While BoConcept is a great store, yet I have never been in a store where the seller makes me want to buy the whole store and not even think of the price involved. This is thanks to Geoffroy! Moreover, his professionalism and dedication is one of a kind. To choose the furnitures for our new home, we went several times at BoConcept , most of which we were 5 min before the store closure yet had thousands of questions and ideas. Geoffroy was there beyond the working hours, always patient and passionate to offer suggestions, illustrate how different pieces could be combined together, answer any questions we had with a smile and dedication that we felt we were the only customers in the shop and that we had all the time to decide. I could go on and on but would like to end with a big THANK YOU to Geofroy!

We have purchased several items here over the years, however our last visit to this store was extremely disappointing. We were completely ignored. When we entered the store, we did not even get a hello. The staff treated us very badly and that was a really painful. The experience at the store was completely unacceptable and I will never return. Upon leaving the store we mentioned to the staff that we found their behavior and the way they treated us unacceptable. Their excuse was that they had an important customer to attend to. Three salespersons attending to one single customer! Absolute rubbish. I guess that we were not important to them at all. I’m disappointed because I like BO concept furniture, but I refuse to be treated like this. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone. Don’t go there. A few days later, the store responded to this review - their level of agressivity shows they know the treated us badly. Look at the other customer reviews which will confirm they have treated others like this. If my review makes them treat customers better, then it would have served its purpose.

Large, beautiful store with the biggest selection of BoConcept furniture I have seen outside of Denmark. Great service, including assistance with colour choices, etc. Delivery came on time, very good service from the furniture delivery people, who were clean, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this store and the products!

Very good shopping experience at BoConcept. Their furniture it's made of very high quality materials and has modern design. The designer and saleswoman Olfa made the difference in our purchases and we definetely would recommend her.
