I bought "Jbl Under Armour True Wireless Flash Project Rock Edition" from his marketplace on BackMarket. He advertised the headphones as "brand new" condition. The sound works, charging works but the microphone is completely broken. There is no sound coming out from it. This seller is dangerous as he falsely advertises his products and does not check them before he delivers.

Respond all the time, and they are very kind. Good service and solutions.

They were wonderful they took care of me. I needed them to help me with the situation and they did it amazingly well.

Should be called “Luggage Thieves”. They said when I came back to give them my phone so they could finish my transaction. Then he quickly added a tip and completed the transaction before I could do anything and without my permission. Additionally, They may have charged me almost double what it should have been and added insurance without my permission. Maybe the charge is correct but it is not what I expected when I booked. Maybe the insurance is mandatory but I didn’t see any place when booking that that was specified.

I had a great experience with them. someone dropped a package without label for Chronospost and thay accepted to print the label for me and make sure that the package got out to delivery as fact as possible. thanks for your quality of service and customer relationship

Went here to try to recover data from my dead Samsung Galaxy S22 phone (motherboard issue). Originally went to another store with great reviews but they did not do these sorts of repairs and they redirected me here. They were able to fix the phone within 24hours (I was previously told the phone was impossible to be repaired by at least 2 other establishments including Samsung itself). Very competent staff.
