Disappointed is an understatement with my visit here. It absolutely contradicts my first visit - which I was pleased with. I had an issue with my breaks and had lights on my dashboard, so I took my car in and it was driven by one of the mechanics, who said it would need to be brought it... no problem because I knew there was an issue. I received a quote and accepted it. On collection of my car, I was really happy with all of the service. About a week or so later, the same lights appeared on my dashboard, so I went in and said about this - they said they were busy then and if I could come back another day and time then someone would look. I did this - under the impression that they would be checking the last repairs to see if everything was okay or not... That afternoon I received a quote for just under €1000+/- I couldn't understand what for because I was just wanting to know if it was related to my last visit... anyway, I said I would like to reflect upon it because it's a lot of money and I am without a job. I go to collect my car and then I am presented with a bill of €100+/- ... I couldn't understand why as I didn't ask for a diagnostic and if it wasn't related to the previous visit then I should have been told that it would cost XYZ amount. The moment I questioned it, I am treat unfairly - my French isn't good and the staff (except 1 nice guy) created a horrible hostile atmosphere. Anytime I tried to explain, the lady at reception would basically, jump down my throat... I was left with no choice but to pay, even though I absolutely dispute this. They absolutely took advantage of the language and the boss was horrible, pointing at his watch, making food gestures because of the time and saying that I had to walk home and go back in the morning... with hand gestures. I asked who was the HR department to make a complaint, and it apparently it is the boss... So technically I won't get anywhere... After my first visit I was happy to say to people to go there - but,

This garage held my car for over 10 days and took a week to tell me they could not fix it. They called RAC and told them only when I finally left the country after being stuck for 3 weeks that they want 800 euros for the pleasure of keeping my vehicle after I finally got a Tesla mobile engineer to replace the window. At no point did the garage tell me about their storage or other fees - and they did not even send ME the invoice they sent it to RAC and then demanded payment. RAC refuses to honour anything in the policy until I pay the fee. I will never pay that fee. You cannot charge me for repairs I didn't agree to and for storage costs again I was not informed of and did not agree to. They also called me during my 21 hour drive back to the UK and demanded to know my mileage and told me that if I just 'click the car' it will show me the mileage.. no. You do not have a clue how my car works and you couldn't even replace a window on it. They also told RAC I just drove off and didn't pay.. No.. I was sat there for over an hour watching the mechanic repair the car because I had nowhere else to go after checking out of my air bnb and paying 200 EURO just to get to the garage. So.. No, I didn't refuse to pay, I wasn't even told to pay and to be honest good luck after I had all my valuables taken from me including my dad's ashes. You were aware what happened to me - shame on you for what you have done.

So im very confused because I made an appointment with this garage and told them what needed work and asked them for a "devis" it was very clear, the secretary wrote everything down and repeated it to me. I pass by in the day and i saw my car spent the whole day in the parking lot. I call the next day because i need my car and they tell me an outrageous amount i have to pay. I have my husband call because i have no clue what the guy is speaking about. He says it is the just the devis and you only have to pay the diagnostic . But when i arrive they hand me a bill for 280 euros (way less than what they asked for in the devis but still !) and they did not even fix my car! They apparently fixed something on the tire but did not even speak to me before they touched the car. So im not even sure if they did anything at all.. How can i know? I paid it.. Stupidly.. I just lost 280 euros.. Never going back to this place

Worst car service center in France and dishonest staff.they hardly try not to understated english ! Only the boss ( patron ) was is little honest, they toke 1,500 € for only two tires which costs 400€ in Germany.

Our van broke down outside Geneva and our breakdown company organised our repair. GAUD were efficient, professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

We had an problem with our new car at sunday and Christophe Gaud from Gaudecarsystem was contacted from ADAC to help us. Christophe was coming very fast and fixes the problem very professionell and in an symphatique way in short time. Tx for that- we had a good trip back home 👌

We basically were scammed because we weren’t french and could not speak the language. They took advantage of our misery. Can definitely not recommend!
