My wife and I stayed here on March 25, 2026, during our visit to Lourdes. This was my third time at this hotel, and once again, it was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to both the Sanctuary and the railway station. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was perfect for our stay. Having stayed here before, I can confidently say the quality and service remain consistently great. Highly recommended!

Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

Excellent stay! Personnel is friendly, helpful and kind! They are the best! Despite I had asked to keep my bike in the room, they offered me an alternative and it worked perfectly! They kept it safe for the 5 days! Location is great and the hotel is in really good condition. Good deal for the price! I will repeat for sure.

A fairly new build so everywhere was clean and functional. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathroom had all the requirements. A short walk took you into the centre of town and all food and drink requirements were available. The breakfast room was large, bright and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed in this hotel 2019 when it was still IBIS, and I’m happy to know that they are maintaining its quality and service, and I’m planning to go backand stay in this hotel. September 2026. To those who were not happy with what this hotel has to offer, please bear in mind that there are other hotels which can suit your needs, although much more expensive (double the price). This is a decent and humble 3 star hotel which is trying its best to make your stay comfortable . Again, we go to Lourdes as pilgrims, with a purpose to pray and contemplate and honor the Virgin Mary

The place is very very nice, it’s clean and it’s comfortable to sleep in. It feels like your own home and the staff feels like your family. They are very kind and you feel safe when you ask them something. The breakfast is fantastic and very yummy, it’s so yummy that you have to repeat and take more.

Good location close to train station with free car parks around the block. Very nice staff who were happy to store our bags after checkout. Room was very basic but clean and had great air con. Beds were comfy and breakfast was really nice.

Perfect Location, Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms This hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable - just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk from a church. There's even a food outlet right across the street, and a supermarket just a few minutes further. The room itself was impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
