If you are reading this review because you are in need of assistance concerning air conditioning, then look no further. My experience with Debusy Electricité was very positive and impressive. I don't think I have ever had such an experience with a company in France in more than 30 years as a second home owner in Mandelieu. From the very first communication, before ever meeting Jules, the owner of the company, I had already decided I made the right choice in contacting them. In the midst of an August heatwave, one of my air conditioners stopped working. Knowing it was the busiest time of the year for air conditioning technicians, I was very worried that I would not be able to find a quick solution. I was amazed when Jules made immediate arrangements for a diagnostics study to take place almost instantly to determine the problem and advise on the way forward. Team member Yoan arrived after normal working hours and very efficiently, calmly and professionally carried out the diagnostics. It wasn't an easy fix and meant I had to get a new air conditioner installed. With only two days to go before the company's break on annual vacation I never expected a new installation would be possible. However, within 48 hours, Jules and Yoan arrived at the precise time they specified and installed a new machine only hours before their departure on vacation. It was beyond all my expectations. Within 4 hours the new system was in place having been installed in a most professional and efficient manner, fully operational, and everything was left perfectly clean so that you would not even know an installation had taken place at all. As if that wasn't enough, I encountered two minor problems within a couple of days (not installation related) and, despite already being on vacation, Jules resolved these instantly for me by WhatsApp message.
