Still struggling to get an appointment for '' changement de statut '' it's been 8 months and my titre de séjour is getting expired soon. The prefecture thinks you leave all you work, job and life etc. Ans stay in front of screen. The appointment will reflext any time. Very worst thing. Why you don't make online process like Saint-Denis and Bobigny prefecture via simplie démarche?

Update Aug 2023 Service seems to have improved. Very good reception today, from the security guard to the agents. The two agents (outside and inside) were patient, explanatory and smiling. Congratulations and keep up the good work. It's a breath of fresh air when you know that the administration can be so fearful. I'm updating my review to 4 4 stars only because there was only one counter during lunch. I personally think that administrations and other important buildings should have a more efficient/permanent/thoughtful duty system, as a large proportion of your clientele can only come at these times. ******** I'd give them zero stars if I could. When I lived in Paris, I was able to book an appointment online, attend said appointment, and have my (new) travel documents within weeks. I've since moved to this prefecture and despite sending in all the required documents for a renewal, nothing! And it's been almost a year! When you call the hotline, the curt operator repeats like a blooming parrot the same message, "All enquires are made via email, sir". When you tell her you've already done that, she repeats the same message, not even feigning a bit of empathy. A real mess of a system! If you wonder why delinquency is "higher" in the banlieues one needs only to check its administration.

Hi , if you like to stay in France 🇫🇷, please try to change the area , this is very Bad Prefucture in France , best is 93000 Bobigny . Not Reincy ; And ANEF is Worst System they apply . They are Not able to handle a website. How they are 1st world.i request to analyze your People hassle. You give them too much stress & unusual Painful waiting time . M/Mme Director of Reincy Prefucture. Focus of your area people & give them a stress less life .

I keep on requesting an appointment online like for months now but still no slots available! Me and my employers already sent multiple messages on the email address they provided! The prefecture still answers the same, that we need to keep checking online. This is impossible! I hope they will work on this. Like people who are applying can check in a calendar if there is an available date or maybe they can put on a reservation slot so people will just wait for their turn!

I’m surprised how France got developed with this kind of administration service . No response for email. For one year visa taking more than 6 months . Once got the visa .. need to apply next visa . Robbing money for stamp . Because visa company terminated my work. Really disappointed

If there is an option to rate them minus or zero I would put that, waiting nearly 1year for just renewing my card,many times attestation de prolongation expiréd,they don't even bother to update,so people can at list work.many emails, registered letters, phone calls nothing work.even it's impossible to get RDV with them.

My mother-in-law visited yesterday, she took an appointment online she came 1 hour in advance although it was stated to come 30 minutes in advance. They took her after 3 hrs. How ridiculous. I had 2 little babies crying waited for her outside for three hours. And these people are soo unorganized that even with an appointment they will not respect time or you. They even called out people not according to the ticket numbers everyone was given but in a random order. This place is a joke. Ridiculous.

Totally unworthy. Been here about 7 times for student visa renewal. They are not qualified to understand the answers given by us. Just pure waste of Time. The government should appointment an English speaker to understand the needs of an international students.
