Contrary to negative reviews read - Work performed correctly and on time. The company was chosen by the insurance company, and I had my reservations do to the reviews I read, but I was pleasantly surprised. The individuals performing the repairs to the leak damage, were pleasant, experienced and professional. The work performed was performed correctly to my satisfaction, without delays. I can not comment on the quality and attitude of other Belfor locations, but, the Sucy en Brie location was better than expected. Communication was acceptable, emails, SMS - my preferred method of communication - for History and future reference Did not bother using phone - so unable to comment.

It is very difficult to get an email response from the office.
