I’ve just left after a pretty complicated application process. My spoken French is horrible. I forgot a key document. I needed help with a section of a document I completely missed. The agent attending to me, and what I eavesdropped during my visit from her colleagues, deserves a mention here. Her level of English was near native. Although I’m in France and would have happily plowed through the process with Google Translate if I’d been required to. I didn’t have to. I was processed with patience and good humor throughout. Five star service from me. And I’m sure everyone who was there this morning.

Efficient and fast, from security to accueil to the service personnel everyone was so welcoming and efficient. Service was fast as well I spent not more than 10 minutes over there. Overall very impressed, keep it up!

Communication is key for visa processing! While the process moved okay, the lack of clear English was an obstacle. Most staff have very thick accents that are difficult to follow. The staff’s accents make it very hard to understand the process, and they lack the patience to explain things twice! One would expect better communication standards in the French capital

We applied for a visa on March 18, 2026, and it's been almost a month and nothing has happened yet. What kind of service? (It's called 15 working days????) Unfortunately.

This place is quite clean, systematic and secure. It has very supportive staff.

Came with appointment, had to come back a week later, paid for tickets for nothing. Terrible organisation.

Impossible to book an appointement without having paid the visa. So impossible to understand when you could get an appointement. 1week ,3months...

Staff is friendly, everything went well, great service.
