We have had a very nice time at the hotel, Madame was very friendly! The location is most beautiful and quiet, many lovely houses around the area. Breakfast was fine (French way with fresh croissant and baguette and very freshly made coffee!) room was small but convenient, clean and comfortable. It’s only a short distance from St Germain en Late with a number of nice restaurants and from the park you’ll have a beautiful view towards Paris. It’s about half an hour to Versailles We will certainly come again.

I've been in this hotel für 4 nights. This hotel is a family business, the owner herself behind the reception. Very friendly and helpful. Very nice and comfortable till the tiniest details. Breakfast is more than enough, hungry people can order more. Coffee excellent The rooms are clean and nice, more than enough for a short trip. Highly recommend for business travelers and short trips to Paris.

Booked here because I was visiting a friend in the area. Highly recommend. Very friendly and lovely host. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good start to the day. Only a 15 minuite walk to the train station which can get you into central Paris.

Went on a work trip, stay was great. Room was as advertised had everything that was expected, clean and comfortable. Very nice place a refreshing change from chain hotels. Great service from check in to check out. Nice breakfast service too. Always best to try to support a family owned business. Definitely would recommend.

What I mean by the title is that we weren't expecting such a great place for the price and location. I'm not sure when, but this hotel has been very well restored/re-designed. The rooms and their bathrooms including fittings and lighting etc have been carefully considered. ||It is clever, subtle and well detailed.||Parking is easy and free on the road or around the corner. ||There are regular buses locally and a nearby train station - great for central Paris and local tourist attractions such as Versailles.||The receptionist [We are sure she is the owner!] was charming and very helpful.||There is a wonderful family-run Portuguese restaurant 50m up the road!

An old building recently totally renewed with great taste and all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate with fresh fruit and coffee. Chatou is a cute little town, and well worth a visit for its beautiful lake and nature, and it is situated between Versailles and Paris, both of which are perfectly connected by train. The owner is very kind, and although they don't serve evening meals in the hotel, there are several resaurants nearby.

We are sat at breakfast and our host has gone out of her way to buy gluten free bread and cereal for me ! We are here for my mates wedding and as I need to change into my dress she has extended our check out time to help us even more ! She is amazing, so helpful with a gentle heart full of wanting to make your stay so special ! When we arrived after our 10 hr drive from the UK she could see we were tired and stressed and made up a coffee and tea that was very much needed, thank u sooo much for everything you made our stay special xxx

Lovely experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer.|The staff is knowledgable and friendly, aside from being efficient.|We will definetly come back!|We didn't managed to enjoy the facilities because we were going out every day but we will love to try them next time. I heard the Spa is amazing.
