I stayed in the solo room and honestly found the concept very smart and practical for a budget-friendly stay. Even though the room is compact and only has a bed, you still get your own private kitchen and bathroom, which made the experience feel comfortable and independent.||The hotel has a very warm atmosphere, the staff was kind and welcoming throughout my stay, and the breakfast was fresh and really enjoyable every morning. The location is also great for exploring Nice easily on foot.||Overall, a great option if you want something affordable, clean, and well-designed in the city center.

We stayed here only one night while in Nice, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The room was very pleasant, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. We had a small table for two, where we had breakfast in the morning, with a little kitchen area. The bathroom was sparkling clean and just the right size. The staff was very accommodating in letting us store our bags both upon arrival and departure. And it was in the perfect spot of town. Close to everything but still quiet. When we come back to Nice, we will definitely stay here. I highly recommend this small aparthotel.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and although the room was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, and the shower area in the bathroom was completely separated from the toilet, which was a big plus for me.Overall, the space and facilities were perfect for a solo trip! ✨

This hotel is in a perfect location. It's near a beautiful plaza and close to both tram lines. It's a short walk to Vieux Nice and to the promenade. The room had a nice view of the street. Also, the staff was terrific. Always smiling and willing to answer questions. The kitchen had enough utensils and pans for basic cooking.||There are several important things to note. The hotel says it has an elevator, but it didn't work twice in less than a week. Also, you have to climb stairs to get to the elevator, and then down some stairs to get to reception. If you have baggage or trouble with stairs, this is an issue. The rooms felt like an upgraded hostel to me. Both the air conditioning and the heat could not be used because of "programming issues" connected to the building. The WiFI was inconsistent, and often dropped altogether. Also, there was noise from the street, including cleaners who operate early in the morning.

A great base for exploring Nice, on a lively pedestrian street. We had a room with a balcony, which we loved to people watch, while enjoying a glass of wine. Room 203 is one of the largest rooms that we stayed in, in France. It is one of the apartments with a kitchenette. It had almost everything we needed for making breakfast lunch and dinner on the days that we didn't eat out. That being said, the decore is underwhelming and the furnishings cheap. The bed was very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to return. And although I have some mobility issues the stairs were not too bad. We travelled light.

Wonderful location. Easy walk to beach, Old Town, & public transportation.||Room exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Very spacious & clean.||The ladies at reception were incredibly nice and helpful. The services & amenities website (QR code in room) was very helpful. Good communication over email leading up to the stay and with reception during the stay.||Perfect mix between a hotel and Airbnb.

I booked a 3 night stay here completely last minute due to an unexpected problem at my original accommodation (not related to AMMI). The receptionist was extremely kind and patient over the phone helping us understand the different options. The apartment was very clean and the location perfect for visiting the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, clean and complete. Very nice staff and in the middle of the city center but safe and no noise, just atmospheric sound of the street and the street artists. Nice is great and from this accommodation you can visit i all by feat. I certainley will book this again if I revisit The Cote d'Azur!
