Great location for both the Old town and train/bus services.|Communication with property leading up to arrival professional and helpful.|Arrival perfect, given a passcode to enter and leave suitcases secure until check in time. Reception staff warm and friendly. Room missed a plug for the bath, I mentioned it and said I’d call back in the morning. Half an hour later a man knocked on the door with a brand new plug which I’m sure they’d just purchased from a shop.|Apartment perfect with view of distant Alps across the port. Bed comfortable and lounge/kitchen adequate for a great holiday. Even had a dishwasher.|Only minor issue was the shower head didn’t stay up, which may have meant a room move so decided to to live with it because our view was perfect. I’m sure they’d have sorted it if asked.|Exceptionally clean on arrival.|I would definitely recommend this property and will use again next time I visit the area

Lovely apartment, great value and exceptional reception staff warm professional and efficient. Great view over the port and Fort with the Alps in the distance. Good sized bathroom. The pools look good for when they open in the spring. Definitely be back

What kind of place is this? They email AFTER booking to say that you the guest has to clean all the apartment empty bins etc. on vacating. And also that the take a 300 euro deposit against this. What sort of absolute nonsense is this? Hire cleaners for goodness sake. I don’t mind cleaning and tidying up after myself but being ordered to leave a holiday let in professional cleaning condition for the bext guess is a farcical expectation. Premium indeed!!

All great except for weird reception working hours. Very inconvenient if you arrive between 12 and 3 pm - no chance to leave luggage in storage before check in.

Really nice time staying here. Pool was nice, staff were really helpful. Only critique is that the bedroom is very small (literally a bed in a room with a foot or two of space around it). Aside from that no complaints! The cat in the lobby was also lovely

Perfectly situated at edge of old town Antibes with 2 large swimming pools and a clean laundry room. We stayed in a 1BR with sleep nook (bunk bed/closet) for over 2 weeks in early June. Our room had a bad smell upon arrival and the staff did everything they could to get rid of it, but it took about a week for smell to go away. Probably related to pipes. Apartment was very roomy, lots of storage with large balcony, nice sized dining table. Tiny kitchen. Some street noise but generally quiet. AC (mini-splits) worked great although the sleep nook did not have an AC unit. Apartment had toilet room, shower room and a room with a sink and tub/shower combo. Looks like it was recently redone except couches. Sleeps 5-6. Spartan decoration but overall a comfortable place for long stay. Staff at front desk and cleaners/maintenance incredibly nice, professional and helpful, but reception hours somewhat limited. Pool only open from 9am-7pm. With the heat, it would have been great to take a night swim at least in summer. The only real negative was that internet speed very low despite us purchasing the high speed package (which they kindly did not charge us for when we told them the speeds we were getting). Also, for longer stays, you get a weekly cleaning where they will replenish toilet paper, bath, hand and kitchen towels. If you don’t want to shop for toilet paper and dishwasher tabs you may want to opt for a few extra cleanings. No shampoo or conditioner provided (only bar soup) so bring your own. No pool towels provided either but you can buy in town cheaply. We hope to return again.

This place is situated in a prime location! While the room cleaning service is quite basic, with only one weekly visit, the rooms that face the marina offer an incredible view but do note they come with more street noise. The rooms and facilities could benefit from a little refreshment. One thing I particularly appreciate is the presence of underground paid parking.
