Amazing service and level on attention from both Audrey and Mickael. They were very patient with me and my friend since our French was very basic. We went for a plan upgrade and WiFi installation on our house. They walked us through every step of the process and easily answer our questions and doubts. I had to go again for a further question and received help from Sidney who has very helpful as well. I recommend this branch for any frontaliers or people worried about their French skills. They deserve all the recognition and wish them all the best.

The service is great here, the staff is very helpful. However, it's a small place and you should make an appointment. If you don't, you might wait 15-20 minutes.
