Good attention, but they advised us there was a free concert tonight and actually when we get there you had to pay the entrance at the museum. If we were told we had to pay we would get there sooner, so we paid 12e for a 20m concert

Super helpful. We got information on a self guided tour around the historical town. We got maps and the lady helped us download an app (izi travel) with a free audio tour.

I am writing about our horrible experience at La Romaine Pizzeria in Vienne France. We were visiting the area from the United States. We stopped in for lunch. I didn't get a good vibe the minute we were seated. There were 2 of us and we decided to share a pizza. When the waitress came up to take our order, we tried ordering one large pizza. She insisted and was adamant about each of us ordering our own pizza's. We knew this would be too much food but she wouldn't take no for an answer. When the pizza's were delivered to our table, they were enormous, just as we thought. When we went to pay with a credit card, unfortunately we didn't pay attention to the amount. The next day, we happened to look at our bank account and noticed that this restaurant charged 550 euros. It should have been around 46 euros. We immediately contacted our bank and it is under dispute. I would not recommend this place especially if you are a tourist. They seem to take advantage and try to scam tourists. Pizza was just ok.

This is true Vienne welcoming with the most friendliest staff who assisted with my million of questions! My third visit was New Year's Eve 2019 and a gentleman at the desk immediately looked up and greeted me with friendly smiles. He answered everything I enquired about and offer the best possible advice. Highly recommended if you're new to this beautiful city, like me, as your guide to visit this office. Vienne may be a small city but it's absolutely packed with so much to explore, places to eat, shopping, banks, transportation etc. And you get all these from the lovely team here. They can organise tours and offer suggestions and recommendations for things to make your stay in Vienne that more memorable. They certainly make mine an unforgettable experience. Cheers!

It is a magical place - serene,safe , picturesque, has fab river cruises,culture,fab wines and very friendly and safe city.
