Excellent knowledge and service today from Yoann at Start Energy. We were 1500 klm from home, touring the Alps in our camper and found we urgently needed a specific Victron product. We drove 2 1/2 hours back to Grenoble and found the product available here, with expert and friendly assistance. Thank you Yoann, you made the experience easier than we thought it would be. We were on our way to Portugal with our caravan and had a problem with a screw at the driver seat. We met George, he helped us in a very kind way, he even borrowed us his tools. We got also a coffee for free (thank you again for it) and we could refill the water. In his shop you could also find everything needed and his employees are also really professional!
