Cocktails were ok. Presentation was good though. Were they worth $28 a pop? - Hell No! - I was there because the film I was in, "Ruby's Heart" was in the Cannes Film Festival. I stopped here for a meet and greet event. Service was very slow and poor although picturesque. But the staff was very nice and pretty ...they just didn't know what they were doing. Ugh! Drinks could have been little stronger and more robust so we left to our apartments to make our own and search for other dinner options. Atmosphere was fun and our networking event was just perfect there. Lots of stars and celebrities....but again we went somewhere else for dinner. If the drinks aren't rocking, that indicates the meal will be just as mediocre.

This hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. Service is incredible from check in to their turn down service. Beds are very comfortable. A very high end hotel that is steps from private beach space. Walking distance to endless amounts of amazing restaurants. Staff is very nice, they do speak English and have been great during our stay. A definite must stay while you are in Cannes.

This is a large and iconic hotel on the famous Cannes Croisette. It is extremely centraly located and we walked everywhere. The service was really exceptional and we thank everyone for their kindness. We enjoyed the room with balcony overlooking the sea and found it clean and comfortable. We would suggest that the hotel offer high quality cotton blankets because even thought it was not very hot outside we found the duvet stuffy and overly dense. Even with the AC on 18 degrees it was too warm. We also felt the pillows could be improved. |The breakfasts were excellent and on a lovely outdoor terrace. Our spa treatments were high quality. The swimming pool gets shallow very quickly and we thought the charges to sit on the beach were exorbitant. It would be far better to include this service for hotel guests or provide this service at a far lower cost. The steam and sauna were out of action during our stay. We hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

During my trip to Cannes, choosing to stay at an iconic hotel like the Majestic Barrière was undoubtedly the best decision. Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs.

I cannot praise the Majestic Barrière enough! We stayed 2 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was fabulous. The kind team upgraded us from a deluxe sea view room to an executive suite, which was beautiful, with a separate living space and two sea view windows and a gorgeous bathroom. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay just perfect. A special mention to Emile who was brilliant, especially during a stressful time - our passports were stolen at Nice airport. Breakfast was delicious and catered for my vegan and gluten free diet. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in Fouquets and pre-dinner celebratory champagne in the bar, which was lovely. The pool is stunning, a peaceful oasis away from the hectic la Croisette. Overall, a outstanding hotel, luxury and glamour yet still friendly. We will be back! Thank you to all the team!

My stay at Hôtel Le Majestic Barrière Cannes was nothing short of outstanding. Thanks to my Leading Hotels of the World booking, I was graciously upgraded to a fabulous room with a stunning beach and pool view, which immediately set the tone for a truly special stay.|The hotel embodies refined luxury in every detail from the beautiful interiors to the impeccable service. Waking up to views of the Mediterranean and the hotel’s elegant pool was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and perfectly comfortable.|Le Majestic’s location is unbeatable, right on La Croisette, the best and most iconic street in Cannes. Everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel still feels like an exclusive oasis.|Overall, this is a true five-star experience and a benchmark for luxury hospitality. I would highly recommend Le Majestic Barrière to anyone looking to experience Cannes at its very finest, and I would happily return.

We like it because everything is very nice. Very fancy and you can have a lot of fun at the swimming pool, you get very good service and we also like the private beach, which is amazing. And the kids club organised an amazing Easter egg hunt. Also the room is very comfortable with a nice mini fridge including free water which they refill. Great valet parking and top level staff service. When we left the hotel, they offered us water and snacks for our car journey we loved it

I stayed at the Majestic in early May to accompany my elderly mother on a nostalgia holiday to the Cote d'Azur (me 57, Mum 82). |The Majestic is in a great location. Obviously it's on the Croisette and very close to the Palais des Festivals and the old port. You're 5-6 mins walk from all the restaurants on and around Rue Hoche, 5 mins from the shops on Rue d'Antibes and 6-7 mins walk from the train station (trips to Nice, Monaco etc). |We booked two interconnecting 'Prestige Sea View' rooms. I booked early and was successfully able to request rooms on a higher floor for the better sea view, which turned out to be wonderful (545 and 546). The rooms didn't have a sofa, only two comfy chairs, but we didn't mind that. |Concierge and front desk service were efficient. |We dined at Ciro's one night - see separate review. We didn't dine at Fouquet's because the menu didn't appeal but the bar looked like a very nice venue for pre or post dinner drinks. |Overall, I would recommend and would certainly go back.
