Dreaming of a Parisian getaway without breaking the bank? Look no further! We recently stayed in a small but perfectly formed apartment just a 15-minute stroll from the iconic Eiffel Tower, and I'm excited to share my experience.||||This compact apartment proved to be the ideal base for exploring beautiful Paris.Despite its size, it offered everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and the well-equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area was a welcome sight after long days of sightseeing. The bedroom provided a comfortable space to unwind, and the bathroom, though compact, was perfectly functional.||||Our apartment was located on the 4th floor, the apartment offers a charming Parisian feel. While there's no elevator, we found the climb perfectly manageable and a small price to pay for the location and value.||||The contact with the provider was seamless and efficient. We received the door codes on the day of our arrival, making check-in a breeze. The thoughtful touches within the apartment truly enhanced our experience. Fresh coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and even water were provided, a welcome treat after our journey. The kitchen boasts a microwave, cooker, and fridge, allowing us to prepare simple meals and snacks. And if you find yourself short on supplies, a convenient little store room is located on the ground floor.||||Beyond the apartment itself, the location is truly exceptional. The vibrant neighborhood is brimming with restaurants, supermarkets, and, most importantly, amazing bakeries!||||Getting around Paris from this location is incredibly easy. Three different metro lines (10,8,6)are within a 10-minute walk, providing quick and convenient access to all the major attractions. Whether you're heading to the Louvre, Notre Dame, or Montmartre, you'll find yourself well-connected.||||Here's a quick summary of the highlights:||||Location, Location, Location: 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower!||||Well-Equipped Ki
A warm stay with uniquely charming details — the design is beautiful and the atmosphere feels personal and cozy. However, the number of doors inside the unit was a bit annoying, and the major issue is the complete absence of an elevator. I had to carry four heavy suitcases up and down a spiral staircase, which was exhausting. And despite the friendly message about “recharging after the effort,” there wasn’t even a piece of chocolate upon checkout — which would have been a nice touch after all that climbing. Beautiful aesthetics, but the stay needs serious improvements in accessibility and guest comfort.
Not happy with the experience.. first thing is looking for the place, no signs at all. Just a tiny sign only once you're inside... Next there are no lifts at all with narrow stairs, so it's not family friendly at all. The room itself is ok at best, but not clean as there was what looks like poo on the toilet seat 🤢 Also the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and has exposed metal rails, so you need to watch out for children hitting them . Finally the view from the window isn't was was shown in the photo . Just some ugly flats Won't be coming back
It’s in a nice location with access to many beautiful spots. The street is safe and quiet with no traffic. There are plenty restaurants around. The rooms are a bit tight, garbage disposal has too much protocol.Comfortable place.
First time in my life being bitten by bed bugs in a hotel. Stayed at Numa Paris, Room 101, Aug 1–8, 2025. A few days after the stay I noticed itchy red rashes which worsened until checkout. A dermatologist confirmed they were consistent with bed bug bites. Room cleanliness was far below standard — dusty floors and poor hygiene. After reporting, Numa refused to accept responsibility, claiming “no evidence” from their inspection, which is not conclusive for bed bugs. As a corporate client, I will never book with Numa again. Check your bedding carefully before staying.
Good location with proximity to lots of metro lines. Unit is small but has everything you need (coffee maker, fridge, etc). 1 star because the Virtual Access Key expired too early and we were unable to leave the unit as we had no way to get back in. Lost an evening of exploring the city since they never reactivated our access key after requesting via phone and online (leaving us no way to re-enter if we left). Really not good practice to lock people out of their rental units in my opinion and wishing we had stayed elsewhere now.
Loved the location. The apartment was small. The bathroom and shower were very small (would be hard for larger people). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed (dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc.) and the bed was very comfortable. Would have liked more space, but otherwise all was good. The location was near some nice cafes, fromageries, and a great bakery. Very cute area. The virtual key was cool, but I could imagine it being a tough concept for older generations, and also could be hard for travelers not connected to cell service.
The location is good, close to the Eiffel Tower and handy to amenities but the apartment is not great. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and not very clean. The floors seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I wouldn't recommend to families with children. We requested an early check in and were led to believe it was possible but in reality it wasn't. Check in access is automated at 3pm. In talking to other guests it seems like this is common so if you're wanting an early check in this isn't the place for you. We stayed in September and the apartment was very hot, I cannot imagine what it's like in the middle of summer. Two fans were provided but one didn't work and one was weak, so provided very little airflow. Inside seemed to trap the heat of the day. A plus is that it's a quiet apartment despite being close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. I wouldn't stay here again.
