Fantastic hotel! We had the junior suite as we have a 2 year old and it was just perfect! Breakfast was lovely, location couldn’t be better! Friendly staff and the surroundings were brilliant! Lots of ambiance:) the pillows on the beds were a bit hard and I woke up with a little headache a couple of times, but I guess it’s hard to make it perfect for everyone:) would definitely stay here again:)

the location was fine - close enough to get to some of the main attractions/canals with a short walk. NOT on a main drag, which we prefer for quiet. The property has apparently won some awards in the past, and had a nice dining room area, bar area, outside courtyard, but it didn't sweep me away for whatever reason. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient but not effusive - not that I need that but ya know... Not a complaint per se, but more of a 4.5 out of 5 star experience, though I did rate them 5 across the board for this survey and our off-peak experience.

We had an amazing stay in Bruges last weekend. The hotel was fantastic, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options each morning, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring the city. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bruges.

A nice hotel with an old world feeling. There was someone on duty 24 hours a day who works on the front desk and runs the bar. They speak very good English. It is a little down at heel which adds to its charm. It has a sauna and steam room which can be booked free of charge. The breakfast was rather expensive for a buffet so we only ate there the first day. Kettle, tea and mini bar are provided.

The Jan Brito overall was wonderful! Very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is priced reasonably considering the options around town. Placed near all the tourist attractions in town. The only issue we encountered is that our room stayed there would be a shower; however, we got a room which had a tub with a shower attachment. There was not enough room to stand and shower nor was there a curtain/glass pane to contain water. If you like baths this would not be an issue. If our stay was longer this would have been an issue for our party.

We stayed for one night and had a lovely time! We had our two medium sized dogs and the hotel was accommodating. The room was a great size for two people and two dogs, had everything we needed - comfortable bed, great bathroom and great products in bathroom. The location was the winner - quiet but so close to all the spots and very close to a park. We will be staying here again on our next visit!

This was hotel was a great stop along our travels. We had a family room and the kids loved the loft area with two beds. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great and walkable to everything we wanted to see and restaurants.

Great hotel!! Very clean and friendly staff. Loved the style of the hotel. We booked a standard two people room and the room was big and spacious. Two single beds and a big closet, desk, mini fridge, safe, and sitting area with two chairs. Bathroom with a bath (we requested this in the comments when booking and they kept that in mind 🙂) Beds were comfy. Room looked very nice: high ceiling with authentic wooden beams. The location is very central. There’s is a parking garage around the corner and also street parking around the hotel. Thank you Jan Brito, we will definitely stay here again! P.s. Booked via external website first but they messed up the booking. Called the hotel directly and they made sure I got the refund. Booked through their own Jan Brito website the de ons time and everything went very smooth.
