Reading the reviews I was anticipating a real dive, but the hotel turned out to be a very simple but OK place to spend one night. After all, you get what you pay for and I would say there you get even a bit more when compared to an Accord F1 hotel. It was clean and showers very small but excellent water pressure and heat. Even air-conditioning.||The only bad things were the stairs and the cigarettes everywhere ...||The automated check-in system worked great.||The on-place manager was very friendly.

This is a low cost hotel, so you get the minimum. Tiny bathroom/shower, small rooms. You do get access to wifi though. The sheets had cigarettes holes, but the room was not smelling bad. The breakfast was minimal and not fantastic. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exactly what we paid for on our way through France. Small rooms, simple but good breakfast and a perfect host who, luckily for us, speaks a bit English. Ideal for the traveler who needs little comfort for a day or two. Very clean, small but comfortable beds, I slept perfectly.

Nightmare. We were unable to stay at the hotel because we were not sent the correct check-in information. For over a month I wrote a request to provide the possibility of checking in at night. They didn't send anything!!!! After driving 1000 km, I had to sleep in the car in the parking lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

If you do that there is great possibility that you will get charged twice as their booking system does not work. See the comments from other travellers. If you try to get your money back, no chance as the hotelier blames YOU (customer ) for their incompetent staff. Being a frequent travel I must admit that I have never seen this before where customer has to pay for the mistake of the staff. And don’t worry, the rooms are not worth staying there either. The bed linen had human hairs in it, I leave the imagination upto from which part of the body.

Nice hotel, cheap, clean and quiet. Also safe. Parking place enough and hotel main gate closes in evening, no worry about safety. Close to Highway and city center. I think it is best hotel in Belfort if you stay some nights in Belfort.

It is not a bad place for a short stay: easy to find, clean, nice staff, quiet and last but not least: very good price! 50€ for two with breakfast...||The only problem is when you arrive late (after 7 pm): no reception anymore. you have to digit your codes on a screen. The device is very old, does not work well and the emergency phone number is out of order!! So you have to keep calm, patient...||But it is a good tip for a visit of an interesting burunknow area: Belfort....

A typical Premiere Classe hotel. Don't expect luxury but if you just want somewhere to sleep it's fine. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's a bit isolated and unless you want to drive into town, which is only about five minutes away by car, the only restaurant nearby is an all-you-can-eat Chinese which is quite good and popular with the locals.
