I had a great experience. Asked for assistance in English and they called Charly who's language skills, sales and customer service was AMAZING. Love the guy, he should get a raise!
Was quite a joke, we had to drive to and from the shop a total of 60km because the prepared the wrong parts to the bed. For some reason a purchase of 1000 euros did not justify a delivery to out house. We go to the shop and the warehouse staff's first response was that the part is the right one. After waiting for about 35 minutes we got the right parts or so we were told only to realize that one part was still missing. We were forced to drive back to the shop and talk to them about the final missing part which is not in stock and will arrive at the end of August. Fortunately this is not integral to the bed and we didn't need it immediately. But moral of the story please try to check the boxes and not only the delivery note before driving off.
