BIRCKENSTOCK FABRICE

I was at the store today and yesterday and Kate was very helpful and accommodating. Her gesture with her cute smile made me feel comfortable even something went wrong at first but at the end she made sure that everything will be okay. I was very happy with my purchased.

Cate was amazing ! She helped me specially that I was indecisive and was patient enough to help me try on more than 5 different pairs all with a smile. I finally left with the black Bostons. I was surprised to see that many negative reviews. Thanks again Cate !

Max and whole crew are amazing they should all receive a raise. Max helped myself and my wife pick out the best shoes during our trip to Paris. Even went above to recommend a awesome restaurant to try. Go in for the shoes and stay for the amazing service.

Very bad customer experience! Some sales people are just rude and unprofessional! You have to wait outside in line to get inside and once you get in there nobody offers to assist you! You almost have to beg to try something on! I will never come back and I don’t recommend this store!

Staff was awful. The first guy who helped me was nice but just somewhat clueless. He told me the boxes with shoes I was about to buy had to be kept beneath the bench. Fine. Then I turn around and a woman is moving my shoe boxes under the central display table. I tell her those are mine and she snaps at me, “I know they are yours but they cannot be where you had them!” Then two separate sales associates try to put my shoes back into the basement. Then I get my shoes which are just a replacement pair for ones I bought in April which broke within two days. I put on the new shoes to walk out in and I notice they are completely different. They are the EVA arizonas and they’ve made several changes to the fit and material. I show the manager and he tells me it’s my opinion. Well as you can see: the loops are twice the diameter they used to be. The straps are 1cm longer (meaning that if you want the same fit you used to have the straps stick out the side), they changed the material and most importantly they are bigger and wider despite being the same size. You can see how much more room there is around my heel and above my toes. It’s marginal but shoes are a product predicated on marginal size differences. The old model was narrow and supportive around the heel and most of all pleasant to look at. In the new style my foot flops around and looks ugly and masculine. If you don’t think the silhouette of a shoe is important I don’t know why you work in a shoe store.

A brand new store for the brand. Extremely nice staff that were helping the customers quickly and efficiently. The most important thing was that, they had a good stock and all their models were available. Would definitely recommend to come here over other distributors.

Ruben was so lovely and helpful with the purchase of my first Birkenstocks, thank you! The ladies at the cashier were also quite friendly. I have been wearing the Arizona pair inside the house; they are quite comfortable and nicer looking than expected. Very happy with the whole experience. ✨

The store is nice and everything is clearly visible, but it was so overcrowded when we got there. They have a nice collection, with the expected prices of birkenstock that are a little high, but great quality
