Absolutely loved our stay here. Charlotte is a superb and welcoming host. The bedroom was beautiful as were the other rooms. It was nice to be able to put my car in the garage even with my roof box on. The breakfast area is very light due to the huge patio windows. The breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty. There were plenty of books and leaflets about places of interest so no need for tourist information. I just wish I had taken some photos.Make sure you walk around the town as it is very interesting. Nearby Arras is superb.

We found this accommodation on the internet and we were not disappointed once we arrived. It is set in St Laurent-Blangy, a suburb of Arras, requiring transport to get to the beautiful town centre.||The hosts Olivier and Isabella are absolutely charming, making every effort to ensure their guests comfort and satisfaction. The traditional French breakfast was an absolute delight with home made jam, fresh bread and croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice.||The room was very comfortable and quiet, with tea/coffee, and shampoo/soap.||We would recommend L'Olivier to anyone wishing to avoid the usual hotel chains and seeking something different.

The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The owners speak English and are very friendly. There is a kitchenette for guests yo use. A complementary small bottle of wine, 2 small bottles of stall water, biscuits and sweets are included in the price. The breakfast inclded freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit salad and homemade jams. We would definately stay here again.

Isabelle and Olivier are great hosts, friendly, kind and very helpful. ||The rooms are large & very clean with a comfortable bed.||This is a great B&B for a visit to the area. There is off road parking in a locked garage.||Breakfast is very good with home made jams.||We are looking forward to our next stay at L'Olivier.

Fantastic b and b with lovely personal touches and spotlessly clean. Very friendly host who immediately booked us a table at a lovely local restaurant and provided a beautiful breakfast. Comfy bed and easy parking. Would definitely come here again, faultless!

Lovely friendly welcome from Charlotte and Nicolas. Very handy for Arras centre. Great breakfast and perfect for an overnight stay.

Très bon accueil, jeune couple charmant, aux petits soins ! Chambre spacieuse, meublée avec goût. Bon literie. Endroit calme. Grande salle de bain moderne avec douche italienne, serviettes fournies ainsi gel douche et shampoing. Petite cuisine aménagée avec ce qu’il faut. Excellent petit déjeuner avec jus d’orange pressée, viennoiserie, pain, yaourt, salade de fruits frais, joli choix de confitures, fromages et charcuterie pour les amateurs. Une adresse à recommander... idéal pour visiter le marché de Noël et la belle ville d’Arras. Nos hôtes sont aussi, de bons conseils pour les visites et restaurants ! Le lieu dispose d’un garage fermé et d’un petit jardin, sûrement bien agréable à la belle saison.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo B&B: camera grande e ben arredata - bagno ampio con bella doccia e tutti gli accessori. Comodo il cucìnino molto ben attrezzato. Possibilità di mangiare nella veranda. All’esterno un tavolo. Garage coperto e chiuso. Vicino alla fermata del pullman e al Carrefour. Simpaticissimi e gentili i proprietari. Consigliato!!
