Had a simple breakfast here before leaving France as it’s near our hotel. Had the breakfast set which includes a choice of pastry, a choice of hot beverage and orange juice. Owners are friendly and nice. A humble local bakery. Price wise maybe cheaper than the ones in the city.
La Marquise is a nice local boulangerie-pâtisserie ( bakery-pastries). The bakers are very friendly. They make fresh breads and pastries daily such as baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat, flans, cakes for special occasions, apple pie, almond pie, hot and cold sandwiches , croque monsieur and much more. I have visited the bakery the first time. I had a hot chicken cheese baguette, a croissant, brioche baguette and apple pie. Everything I had was delicious, especially the croissant and apple. This is the definitively a bakery worth your visit.
