I had an amazing experience at this camera shop today! After purchasing a vintage camera at the market, I headed here for some assistance. The staff, especially Craig, were incredibly helpful—they put in the batteries, loaded the film, and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it. I spent an hour wandering around town taking photos, then returned to the shop where they developed the photos in just one hour! As a wheelchair user, I was particularly impressed by the accessibility; they even put in a ramp to help me get in and out of the shop. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, making it a fantastic experience overall. If you're looking for film or interested in getting into film photography, I highly recommend this place! Very good people and good prices with very good services I do recommend

The person who took the photos was one of the most unpleasant people I've ever met in Dijon. Very bad customer service , any question or little request like cutting the photos out was a real effort and bother for that person. A photo booth can offer a better service than him.

If u want to print a significant amount of pictures, better come early. Can take up to 1 business day.

Great customer service, even when we don’t speak french they were very kind and speak english for us. Great quality!
