No hair dryer, kettle in room. Very basic accomodations, only good for short stay. Small tight shower space. 2 bath towels and small mat for floor provided, no hand towels. Wi-fi was fine. Our room overlooked the back parking lot, since the air conditioner was available due due the season, we needed to open the window for cool air. Could hear cars starting/ reving in the morning and night.

Great location, very helpful staff, good array of quality breakfast options. The rooms are basic but with everything I need, a decent size and very clean. We have booked before and will stay again.

We have used this hotel before. Not only is the location perfect for our P., but the staff (notably Julie) are incredibly helpful and pleasant. One of our team had a separate room booking, the staff kindly adjusted the booking so the team member didn't have to change rooms

This budget hotel gives you exactly what you pay for: a very simple, comfortable, secure, air conditioned room in a well- maintained hotel near Fontainebleau station. ||The reception is staffed in the morning and late afternoon - and if you can speak French and are polite to the staff, then they are extremely helpful in return. ||We brought our own pillows because we are fussy about those, and were happy to have done so. The bunk bed slept a third adult very comfortably. Breakfast was also very good value - and ends at 1030 on the dot. Useful vending machine with water, soda and snacks; it only accepts change - no notes or cards.||Overall highly recommended.

The room was by no means perfect (some mold in the bathroom, renovation was just a slab of paint), but I'm a neat freak and even I thought it was acceptable (acceptable being the operative word). The beds were simple but slept well, it was quiet inside and outside of the hotel (I slept with the window open), the hotel is excellently located (near the chateau and supermarket around the corner), private parking, good breakfast. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a (relatively) budget friendly place to stay in this area. I'd give it 3.5 stars (amply sufficient)

All that is needed. Staff always helpful. Easy access when reception is closed. Basic but clean. Just a few minutes from the station.

At Fontainebleau Horse Competition and it was a great location to get to by train and also to then go to the competition.

Easy to get to, close to the station. Secure parking with a electric car charger. Basic rooms Mattress was a little too hard and the pillows a little too soft, but otherwise did the trick.
