Poor customer service. Went there to buy a phone with a nice discount and the guy insisted that the discount is unavailable although I showed him on the orange website. I went to orange shop in Antibes later that day and I bought the phone with discounted price without any problem. I wasted 2 hours of my day because of an untrained employee.

I have had the best experience with Teddy while organizing wi-fi and TV in my new apartment. As a foreigner I had few obstacles to be solved (no French bank account and phone number) and Teddy was absolutely fab. Within few days after my first visit to Orange my wifi is up and running. Thank you.
