I visited Dr Cusnir today as a referral from my primary doctor who has been referring to him for more than 18 years. Dr Cusnir is knowledgeable, has the best bedside manners, saw me in no rush and cared about my condition. His exam an questions were thorough, and even took the time to wait to receive and review results on site that were sent by PCP. His recommendations for further analysis and treatment took in consideration my concern. I felt he was listening, and actively taking care. His staff was amazingly nice, his MA took careful information from my history, did an EKG in no time. His front and back office staff was willing to help , scheduling future testing as soon it was possible. I visited as a self pay, and the charged were clear, and fair. I received the good faith estimate for the services, which I paid at front with no issues. Dr Cusnir is such a wonderful Dr , knowledgeable, and caring. Highly recommended.
Dr. Henry Cusnir is an excellent cardiologist. I love him!!! He takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything in a clear and reassuring way, and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all my questions were answered. The staff at the HCA office were also professional, friendly, and efficient. The whole experience was smooth from check-in to the appointment itself. I highly recommend Dr. Cusnir to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring heart doctor.
Dr Cusnir is a fantastic cardiologist. He is very thorough and he explains everything. He also has a great sense of humor making you feel at ease. He’s stuck with me. His staff are awesome to in the office and at the hospital.
Dr Cusnir and his team are absolutly the best. I have been seeing Dr Cusnir for years and he has truly put my life on a new path. He is a brilliant cardiologist and I am in great hands under his care. I dont know what I would do without him. God bless him and the team.
Dr. Cusnir is a genuinely concerned for each and every patient. He is brilliant and really wants the best outcome for each patient, I felt like the only patient when I was with him in office, he truly focuses on the patient that is needing his expertise at that moment. I trust him and know that he listens to each individual
Been seeing Dr Cusnir 8 years. First heart attack at 46 but no big deal according to him. He treats it like a wart. It's nothing he can't handle. Burn it off and you are all great. He puts you at ease, he is very personable. I think a few times he down played my concerns. One time he was showing students something on my cath lab and I said what was that and he said nothing. And did it with my EKG, too. I think why show nothing to students. I believe he uses a lot of theraputic privilege, which doesn't work for me. One time I came in in mixed matched 3 day old pajamas, hair greasy as can be, probably didn't smell good. (Was having horrible MS flair up) and that is not me. I always look my best and he didn't notice. You do leave in great spirits wondering if I am so healthy, why am I seeing a cardiologist. He is always positive and one step ahead. His front office, oh they need to be trained. If you have to see him every six months but they call you on day of appt and ask you to get there in 15 minutes (his office is 20 minutes from my house) and you say you can't, then his next spot is 8 months away and they know you need your medication but because of office policy of needing to see him every 6 months but the earliest is in 8 months and they canceled your appt., but no refills for you, you ask them is this a friggin joke? Am I being punked? Do you know what you are saying? If you can get an appt and not have it canceled on day of (happened 3x) he is worth seeing.
Dr. Cusnir and his staff have always treated me with professionalism and respect. He is an outstanding Cardiologist that listens to me and explains his course of treatment and gives me options and alternatives on Meds and procedures to help improve my cardio health. My AFib is under control now and I’m looking forward to being off meds soon. Thank you Dr. Cusnir!!
Love love love him (Dr Cusnir). He is very engaged and empathetic. I wish he/they invested in an electronic portal. He is my only Dr with out that convenience. And although I love him that back office is a hot mess. .
