We arrived late at night with my family after a long, hot day, only to find just a self check-in machine. There is no lift in the hotel, which made getting our luggage upstairs very inconvenient. The next morning, cats that had been outside the night before were roaming inside the reception area, including on the receptionist’s desk and even on a customer table. This was unhygienic and put us off having breakfast there. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, with only a loud tower fan for cooling, and condensation left the vinyl floor damp and slippery in the morning. I raised these issues with Accor customer service, who acknowledged the complaint and passed it to the hotel, but the hotel management has never responded. Overall, this was one of my worst Accor stays and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The lady at the reception is rude as hell. No AC no fan, it’s hot in the room. The breakfast is the worst.

Arrived late night after long busy day in extreme heat. Self check in machine welcomed us on arrival. Room was on first floor and there was no lift so had to carry all needed luggage upstairs. Room was facing busy road. There was rather well equipped bathroom with fresh towels and liquid soap, beds for four persons and rather loud tower fan. Heat outside was the same as inside so open window did not help and there was no AC. Although bed was fairly comfortable, we did have very poor sleep and woke up to very wet floor, which could not be explained other than condensation as there was no water leak. Leaving hotel we have noticed two cats in public area, one by receptionist desk and other on tall bar table by breakfast area, which we found rather unhygienic, allergenic and not dog friendly. It is a very disappointing place to stay overnight and most definitely we will be not coming back there ever again.

I guess this is a good example of you get what you pay for. I didn’t pay a lot, but I actually did expect a little bit better. Breakfast wasn’t bad as it turned out. The hotel is quite soulless.||I was able to store my bike in my room, which was a positive .

Lovely comfortable room, spacious with most of the requirements one needs in a hotel. Missing were tea making facilities & a hair dryer (but as a budget hotel, one has to make allowances). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, not just the ladies on the reception but the cleaning staff as well. A BIG think you to all of them. Breakfast buffet was up to the expectations of a budget hotel, with sufficient items of those on offer. Car parking facilities in the grounds of the hotel are accessed by a security gate. Cavaillon town center is a short 10 minute walk from the hotel. Downsides, just a timing issue as the hotel was going through some ground floor renovations. The smell of wet paint was a bit overpowering, but this should not prevent anyone from future bookings.

My young son and I were given a room that had a leak with significant mold (see picture). The front desk never offered us another room when I told them about the issue. Moreover, when I brought the attention to management, they refused to offer either full or partial refund.

The good first: receptionist is a very sweet lady. There's an adorable cat. Breakfast is fine. You can walk here in ten minutes from the train station. Now the bad: Walls are too thin. Towels are too small. Sockets are badly placed. Whole room smells of smoke. There is only one chair in a room for three people. Heater is coming off of the wall. And worst of all: The beds gave all of us back pain within one night. Stay away, unless you can't afford anything else and even then maybe just go somewhere different for holiday.

Nice Ibis. Surprised this is a budget, it is nicer than other regular ibis from this trip. The only thing that really made it budget was the mattress and bathroom, but neither were really bad. The air conditioning was super cold, and plenty of parking and nice outside space. Convenient location next to Carrefour. I have stayed in more Ibis than I can count, and this is one of the nicer ones. Even a couple of resident cats.
