Beware to stay at this place! Our room was full of spiders! Reception was close at night, we are knocked 20 minutes before someone very rude and not friendly woman open door. She give us new room with same spiders everywhere. Then she no open door and not help us. Do not come here if you want clean and safe stay! Waste time and money, disgusting attitude! UPDATE after owner answer: I have photo and video with spiders at our rooms (both rooms). We was 4 people and we will left you 4 review because all of us was shocked by cleaning and service what we got. Honest owner must apologies for this issue. You aggressive manner and threats just confirm that you are not honest host.

We very much enjoyed our stay in our Calvi Residence apartment. We had an apartment with a view on the sea (#611) and this was spectacular. You enjoy breakfast much more from this terrace! ||The apartment was big enough for the 3 of us (two adults and a 3y-old boy) and the separate bedroom is a big plus! The cooking facilities are basic but all in all everything was there and we didn’t really miss something. Good shower in a big bathroom. the bed itself was also good and we slept very well, also because you could make it really dark in the room. Every apartment has its own reserved parking spot. The swimming pool is nice but is not at the location itself. You need to walk a few minutes to the motel Les Pins next door where you can use the pool (there is also a little play garden for children). ||The location of the apartments is also perfect as it’s just outside the city centre. Only a few minutes’ drive from the citadel or the supermarket, but also only a few minutes’ drive from Notre dame de la Serra – for if you want to enjoy a beautiful sunset.||The lady at the reception was friendly, payment could only be done in cash. ||All good thus except maybe the Wifi that was sometimes struggling a bit.

I recently stayed at this apartment complex and was appalled by the conditions. Upon arriving at apartment 504, we were greeted by a plethora of spiders and spider webs everywhere. Thinking it was an isolated issue, we requested a room change and were moved to apartment 602. Unfortunately, the new room was also infested with spiders!||It's unacceptable to have to share your living space with unwanted eight-legged creatures. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is alarming. We expect a certain level of comfort and hygiene when booking accommodations, and this place fell far short of our expectations.||Unless they address this issue, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. A thorough cleaning and pest control measures are urgently needed to ensure a comfortable and spider-free stay for future guests.

We stayed here one night on our trip around Corsica. We were greeted with a big smile and very efficient and friendly service. ||Apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We shared a room and the beds though smaller were clean and comfortable. The whole place was very well kept. ||Great view from the balcony and thankful for the air conditioning:)||Would come again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a week and were very pleased with it. The apartment was large, clean and well presented. Everything inside looked quite new, beds were comfortable, we chose to rent the linen and towels which were all fine. The kitchen was well equipped (need to take your own dishwasher tablets) and we had a lovely view out over the sea from the balcony. About a 10 minute walk down to the sea (not a beach as such but loads of flat rocks for sun bathing on). The town centre was about a 20 minute walk as is the nearest supermarket so it helps to have a car. Bread and croissants can be ordered from Motel le Pins next door which is where the pool is located although the sea was so nice we didn't use it. The receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful.

Stayed here for a week with family of 4, very nice apartments, with two bedrooms and a separate large living room. Aircon worked great. Beach was a 25 minute walk, but main beach was covered with sea weed, instead better choose a branch of the main route towards one of the small rocky inlets. ||Calvi is easy riding distance, visit the old fort/citadel, the long beach (very crowded) or take the fun train towards ille-Rouse and hop off at one of the fantastic beaches along the route.

We rented a one bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had a good terrace with lovely sea view, but no dishwasher. Apartments are ground floor, so no need to carry cases up stairs. There is a communal laundry room, washing powder provided, which is very useful and it also contains a large communal freezer. Staff were very helpful and friendly. You need a car, because it is on the outskirts of town, up a steep hill. There is an arrangement to use the pool at the Motel des Pins next door. We had an allotted parking space. The accommodation was quite pricey, given its location away from the centre of town, so I was surprised to be charged an extra 12€ per person if we wanted bed linen and towels! Essential items that are usually always provided at this level of accommodation.

We had a great stay at Calvi Residence! Victoria (host) was really friendly and helpful with many things (info about environment, tips for diner, getting us a taxi). The appartment was spacious and had everything we needed, was quiet at night. The only disadvantages were the distance to town/supermarket (25 min walk) and a small light or candle to give the appartment a bit more cosiness would have been nice. Anyway: really nice stay!
