Low quality of products because they are not stored properly. The wait at the checkouts is endless. Also, in case of delivery, you have to wait ages, and there is no update. I'll visit it again only if there is no other choice.

What a waste of time at castorama blagnac. I took Rdv with Florence for renovation of bathroom where she was 30 mins late and totally not in customer’s shoes in advising. She was already frustrated during my Rdv as she received a call from her colleague and she spoke in rude tone with her colleague on phone. She also talked me in very rude tone. When I escalated, she left the issue with her manager (Abdou, intern) saying that “it not her problem.” She showed no sense of customer support and service. (example that she treats her colleagues and customer rudely) In order to satisfy customer, the manager (intern Abdou) cancelled my appointment and said they can’t help you today and come back another day. (what a joke. If you can’t solve my issue on site on the day then why would I waste my time again.) The manager (intern, Abdou) was also refusing to escalate the point to his manager. Ofcourse, clearly saving himself from any negative point from his manager. Despite this, I have been to castorama union and it was completely opposite to blagnac site. They were helpful and taking time. This was the reason I went to blagnac hoping they will have same service. I am surprised how much difference they have in their customer service and relationship. Management should look into this problem, as customer comes to you for taking advise and not rude experience.

We live close by and we quite very time what we need. Employees are really kind and helpful. A special thank you to Fabien today because not only he figured out that my client card was expired, so I could renew it,, but he made me benefit of the 5 % of discount because of this renewal.

Olivier, Ali, et Florence are very nice and helpful. They took the time to explain us all we needed to know for our bathroom and floor renovations.

Staff go above and beyond their duty to help. Fabien helped us purchase our lino, updated our Castorama card so we could get 10% discount and helped us download the app to hire the van to take it home! Next day, Nicolas and Isaac were faced with 2 foreign seniors who had many technical problems with the app and were faced with us being told we couldn't hire the van due to the unhelpful staff at Casto Drive Rentals. They made everything work for us and 1 and a half hours later, they helped us put the lino in the van. These 3 guys really went above and beyond their duties. Thankyou !!!!
