I have made a last minute arrangements for a day trip to Strasbourg with our family friends visiting from Croatia. The van has already been booked and that was the moment I figured I need a Crit'Air plaque in order to enter the town. Because of the waiting time at the moment, I thought we were gonna have to give up our plan but luckily I stumbled upon a telephone number in Strasbourg. Hoping they would speak german/english I made that call and the gentleman employee was exceptionally welcoming, understanding and kind. He took time to help me explain all the steps in order to solve my problem.
