I stayed for two nights in the FirstName Toulouse Hotel (traveling alone). The front desk staff were very friendly. I arrived very early at the hotel and was happily surprised that they were able to already give me a room. The room itself was quite spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bed, its covers and pillows were great and the room was very calm. The city center is just a 10min walk away. I can recommend to stay at this place.
The reception team were very helpful and friendly. Good hotel, nice room and great location. Didn’t take breakfast so can’t comment on that. Kitchenette with fresh water and cookies was helpful. Could maybe have provided a few other things but overall no complaints.
The room was tiny and not worth the money. That's why they don't tell you the room size when you book. I don't believe this hotel has anything to do with Hyatt. The hotel name is misleading. The breakfast was mediocre and not worth €25 at all.The only reason to stay there is very close to the train station, only 350 meters away, which might be useful if you're caught up in the infamous French train drivers' strike. Other hotels nearby the train station will be likely much worse, unsafe and disgusting.
Alexis, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful hospitality. My experience at the hotel was really lovely, and the coffee was excellent. Everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well taken care of. I truly appreciated the service and the warm atmosphere.
fantastic stay, even more fantastic service at the bar (esp Alexis). He was incredibly nice. TOOK THE TIME to give me excellent suggestions on spots to visit around Toulouse that I wouldn't have found otherwise. im not from france, he made it so easy. genuine guy, biggest reason i might come back
I was staying at this hotel with a tour group. I arrived a day before the tour started, there was a homeless person in the lobby, and my room for the tour was not in the same section as the tour as I had requested; they wanted to charge me an additional fee. I stayed in the original room for the one night, but when I came down the next morning, my room for the week of the tour had been canceled by the front desk lady. This took about an hour to resolve. The second day, cleaning staff entered my room twice within a few minutes when I was about to enter the shower, even after I yelled no, and had previously spoken to the front desk earlier about no cleaning service. A couple of nights later, someone tried to break into my room at 3:30am, awakening me; the phone system did not work in the hotel.a man was awake and sitting on the floor outside my room (I was on the first floor, in a private alcove), this frightened me, I ran past him downstairs to get security. Due to not feeling safe and loosing sleep, loosing time from these incidents and not getting any good answer or apology for the next couple of days I decided to cut my trip short, paying a premium to change my flight home. Eventually, in part by the help of my tour manager, the hotel apologized for the night time incident and paid for a dinner; rather than refunding me for at least one nights stay. This was far too little too late.
Stayed her April 2026, excellent room and facilities, friendly helpful staff. Had a room with queen bad and a great sofa bed, kitchen and coffee just outside the door. Highly recommend!
Decent enough hotel. Solid breakfast. ZERO Air Conditioning, and the fan is on “high” but air is barely blowing out room-temp air, and vent is at the very top of the room, so you don’t even feel it anyways. But I confirmed with my hand that the air coming out is not cooled despite the setting being as cold as it can go. Never understood Europes complete disdain for AC when China is burning coal enough to power Europe 10 times over. Regardless, unless you like sleeping in 76 degree rooms, you’ll barely get any sleep bc the windows don’t open and the AC doesn’t work. It’s literally cooler outside than inside my room on with the AC at lowest setting. Avoid the 8th floor at all costs.
