Staff very helpful, nice for kids and adults. Everyone had a good time

Very nice place and kindly but there were some young black thieves. They stole from the locker room and opened the lockers. I found them and reported them to security. They dealt with it immediately and I don't know how they dealt with the thieves, but they acted quickly. It's a perfect place, except for the thieves.

The blond young woman at the front desk treated me very good! She explained everything and even took me to the spa area because I was kind of lost, very nice! Thanks a lot!! 😊👏🏼

Great place to drop the kids. Clear signs of Pheek in rhe khazi.

A tricky part here is waiting in long lines at the entrance to pay. Generally there's only one employee actually working, while others are out smoking and on break. There are doorways down to the path along the river but they're always locked, so you cannot get outside to walk or sit along. Difficult, nearly impossible, to get through on the phone. There's a lady at reception that sometimes yells, kind of scary. But other reception staff are kind and proficient. Not easy sometimes here for people with disabilities and/or children, and/or non-French speakers. Water temperatures my in the pool areas vary, depending on the day.

I wish I had known a few things before coming here, and the staff was NOT helpful. 1. No American swim trunks allowed. 2. Every person must wear a swim cap. 3. Every person must wear a swimsuit - parents cannot enter to some watch their children. 4. You can buy European swim trunks and swim caps at a vending machine, but it only accepts credit cards that have a tap feature - not one that has to be inserted. Or cash. Other than that, the pool is warm and the kids liked the slide.

Very clean. Warm showers. Comfortable temperature in and out of pool. Toboggan. Water fountains. Had a great time with the kids!
