I can't say enough about our experience with Century 21Marche Escudier and Mrs. Anais Bargiel. Our property was sold under exclusive mandate. We live abroad and therefore have quite a language barrier but that was no issue for Mrs. Bargiel. She speaks perfect English. She made sure the whole transaction went smoothly without interruption. She took it upon herself to explain step-by-step the Sales Agreement, translating it from French to English. It took about 1 1/2hours on Zoom to do this. The notary wanted to hire a "translator" to do the same thing except it would have cost us hundreds of dollars. She responded to our emails immediately, no matter what time it was (there is a nine hour difference between France and the United States). She also was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge with modern technology.Thanks to Mrs. Bargiel the experience was excellent from start to finish.
