UPS collection point - the most unfriendly assistant. Even with smiles and thank yous and still trying to be pleasant, he man just couldn’t be bothered to get off of his phone or even say hello. Didn’t even help opening or closing the door whilst he was staring and watching me struggle with my buggy.
Our package was never picked up at this UPS so we lost everything. They also didn’t open until 11am. Edit: Phoned and they still had it so got it in the end
They don’t open at 10.00, I’ve been waiting a lot in the cold and nobody came.

Very poor service. Unprofessional Staff, rude behavior, just disgusting.
